Yes, my 15 yr old did . I had to give her meds every day. She has since , crossed over that rainbow Bridge. No more seizures. Have you tasken your young lady to the vet? If it helps, try taking a video of her, when she has one. That helped my vet, but be aware, it was very hard for me to do that, maybe you will have better luck, I wanted to hold and help her when she had it which made it difficult.
