    Dry patch in puppies ear

    Good morning,

    I am new to the forum, so apologies if I am posting on the incorrect page!

    Our 9 month old Pomeranian has a round dry patch, the size of a pea on the inner edge part of her ear.
    It’s scaly and a bit red, I would be most grateful if anyone could kindly advise.

    I'm sorry. Because there are so many reasons why a symptom like this could appear, I can only recommend taking your Pomeranian to see a vet.

    I agree, vets always the first port of call

    Could be a bite, but always needs to be checked by a professional

    Check with a vet. Make sure you wash your hands after handling as it could be a fungal infection like ringworm.
