my ddb xena has had a small lump for a couple of months. when i noticed it i took her to my vet, he said it was nothing to worry about , just a fatty lump, so i didnt think anything of it, he said mastiffs were prone to these from time to time, but yesterday after her morning walk the lump which is an her left shoulder seemed filled with water it dosent seem to bother her ,but i took her to the vet cos i was worried, he said it was infected and put her on antibiotics, she seems fine otherwise shes still eating as much and walking about. the vet said it would clear up in about a week, but it dosent look very nice its very swollen, just wondered if anyone else with mastiffs had had a similar problem and what happened? im watching her like a hawk and shes looking at me like ive gone mad
