My new 13 weeks old Shih Tzu eats her poo, I try to get there in time to pick it up but sometimes I am not watching. Does anyone have this problem, would appreciate any advice on this problem. Regards Alledog
My answer would be to watch your puppy whenever she toilets. Praise her for doing her poo, call her to you, and reward with a small treat. Some puppies develop this habit in the nest, and it can be a stubborn problem. Never leave any poop lying on the ground.
