I heard on breakfast TV today that king charles spaniels will soon be a thing of the past cos no one seems to want them its a shame cos i like these as well as the cavalier king charles spaniel.
Its true to say they are not as popular as the cavalier these days I know a breeder who used to breed them but no longer dose as she had problems finding them homes such a shame
Sorry for being such a dumbo but what are the actual differences between a King Charles Spaniel and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Is it just that the King Charles Spaniels have shorter more squashed muzzles?:? :?
there is a lot of difference in size and tempermant as well .yes the king charles ( CHARLIES ) have a flatter muzzle
Have they got a worse temperament than a CKC's then? and are they bigger or smaller? :? :? I didn't realise there was that much difference but I can only really remember seeing one that a friends mum and dad had many years ago.
they are smaller as for temperment some say there is no difference but i personally think cavaliers are more affectionate
