    Little update on this, met the breeder we had been chatting to at crufts and got on great. Also met a few other owners and breeders so we are now smitten with the breed. :)

    To answer both your questions no i'm not on the list yet as its going to be a while before we can afford a Dobe and have the room. Also waiting waiting to hear about our funding for IVF with PGD which would of course effect any doggy plans.

    I love Dobermans

    Never had one but my eldest Cousin has has been involved with breeding them for 30 years or so now.

    When I was a nipper he had a Dobe called Ben who I just adored.

    We've not met up for years but I love this clip....

    Enjoyed the clip - but I must remember not to play that type of clip when the dogs are in earshot as they start joining in!

    I've always had an admiration for Dobes. Our postman has a couple of beauties. Pity he can't take them on his rounds- I'm sure they'd have lots of admirers as they behave impeccably!

    They are a fantastic breed I don't think I'll ever own anything but one again of course unless I rescue :)

    Yes, a super breed. The first dog I ever took into a show ring was a Dobe. She was a daughter of Ch. Jupiter of Tavey, ex Ch. Caprice of Cartergate. I think that would be 1958, (Oh dear)!

    Hahaha I don't know if I'd show Ares but he has some conformation training. He gets bored of it though. He's certainly the kind of the dog that needs a job. He abosolutely loved IPO training and nose work. This breed is a blast but they are work work work lol constantly go go go till he passes out. Hahaha
