I am looking for another IWH to add as a pet. We have a 2 yo spayed female and would like another- not for breeding. I do not want a puppy but a senior would be fine. Does anyone have a wolfie who has finished a breeding career? I am a veterinary technician with 20+ years of experience and a wolf hound fenced 5 ac. property and a warm house to lounge in. Pet will be sterilized with gastropexy and microchip for safety!
Are you in the UK? The Irish Wolfhound Club might be a good place to enquire. Sometimes breeders are pleased to be able to settle a bitch that has had a show career and a litter into a pet retirement home.
