I can't believe how time has flown, and that today is Georgina's first birthday! It doesn't seem five minutes since I brought her home! Happy birthday my sweet Miss Pei Face ... Georgina ... Georgie .... Georgika and may it be the first of many.
Georgina would like to say thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. She's crashed out on the kitchen floor at the moment, exhausted after her training class! Can't really blame her because today it's 33C and I feel like lying down next to her on the cool tiles and having a snooze myself. She did me proud at obedience today. She didn't put a paw wrong unlike her Mum who sometimes doesn't know her left from her right! (I think a bit of "Mummy Training" is needed). And the clever girl understands commands in both Hungarian and English! Kinga, her trainer thinks Georgie has an aptitude for field trial training which is a real surprise to me because it's something you don't normally associate with Shar-Pei. So later this year we'll give it a go and see what happens!
