    Patchy skin condition

    Hello,
My Bischon is 4 years old and he has this skin condition. Took him to the vet and they gave him some antibacterial wipes but they don't seem to be working. Has anyone ever experienced this and what did you use? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

It looks as if he has been licking or chewing at this area. As long as it is clean and not weeping, the scabs should fall away, and the hair will eventually grow back. If the sores break out again, you will have to go back to the vet for further investigation.

That looks like the dogs upper neck on his front end - with that said... He likely wouldn't be able to lick/chew the area. Looks sort of like a hot spot from here... But that's sort of an odd location for one. Is that the only raw spot? Or are there others?
