Hi everyone, I would like to invite all the people who are against BSL and think it should be repealed to join us in a peaceful protest in Brighton on the 14th July 2012. We will be meeting at the pier at 11am to march through the town. There will be information leaflets, presentations and people to answer questions on BSL. There will also be stalls from rescues, raffles and a BBQ later in the day. We must stand together to get this barbaric law repealed. Marches also taking place in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Hampshire on the same day at the same time. If you can attend please wear a black top and bring banners etc. We need to show the real side of how BSL effects loving family pets and their owners.
This is the information for the Manchester protest We will be meeting up at Piccadilly Gardens for an 11am start. Depending on the numbers of attendees half of us will stay at Piccadilly Gardens and the other half will move onto The Triangle in front of the big outdoor BBC TV. The protest if all things go well and smoothly will end at 3pm so please bring a packed lunch or money to get refreshments with. All attendees must ''sign in'' with a co-ordinator/steward (who will be in high vis vests) so that we know who you are and that you are part of the demonstration. We will ask for a name and contact number of someone we can contact in case of emergency. ;-)
