Hi my Pomeranian isn’t eating anything I give him, I brought him to the vet twice and they gave him an X-ray and said that there is something in his stomach that he can’t pass, but he hasn’t Eaten in 3 days and I’m really worried on what I should do to try to get him to eat

If there is something in his stomach that he can't pass then he needs medical treatment to remove it.

Once it is removed, his appetite will most likely return.

Until it is removed, he is at great risk of dying.

What has your vet recommended as a course of action?

    Agree with Toed.
If your vet is not inclined to be more proactive, either ask for a referral, or find another vet yourself. Tiny breeds do not have great reserves to fall back on.
