Possible Heat Stroke? Our Frenchie Questions

She is still comparatively young yet, but it does sound like a neurological/cognitive problem of some kind. Is this strange behaviour/confusion/difficulty in processing commands etc constant, or does it come in phases, with her acting normally the rest of time?
