While I am on a rant i might as well moan about the advert a friend just pointed out to me advertising "Pugaliers". Yes that's right, pugs crossed with Cavaliers going for £800. Wonder if they bothered health testing either side? Doubt it.
Once saw an advert for Pug x Peke and they were £1,100!!!! Unfortunately there is always someone wanting a designer dog and daft enough to pay.............off my soap box! Jeanette
Met a woman in the park the other day who has too carpets dasing about like loons. when i asked her what they were she proudly said Cockerpoos . . . Followed by 'they don't moult (strnage when i has fussing them fur came out!) but they did have a lot of energy and she had trouble controlling them. Well thats what you get if you cross two breeds that are prone to being a bit hyper!
I hope boobah doesnt see this.. she has really been going off on one of late about all this sort of stuff... my own thoughts are.... when will it end
i see some 'German Stafadors' for sale in the paper last week! im guessing they were German Shepherd cross Staffy cross Labs! also some 'well bred Caribos' ?? i had to phone them as i wanted to know what it was! it was cairn terrier cross border terrier!
It gets worse. Sister in law's neighbour has a litter of Chihuahua x Mini Dacshunds and they're called Tweenies or something. The mind boggles.
