Hi all, I got a Shih Tzu mix named Chewie and he's already two months old. He was given to us by our In-Law's friend. His mother is definitely a Shih Tzu(I have seen the picture) but we don't know the father's breed as the original owner is not knowledgeable in dog breeds and was not able to provide a photo. As you can see, he doesn't have an over-bite and his hair is too short. Maybe you guys have the same looking Shih Tzu and can help us identify the possible other mix. Thank you.
The eyes and coat remind me of a Japanese Chin, but I would expect to see an underbite, so I'm really not sure. The dainty toes suggests one of the smaller toy breeds. I can only suggest doing a simple Breed DNA test, or just accept that you have a very pretty mystery puppy.
