    Some working photos

Why not post some photos of our collies doing what they do best ... whether that be working, agility, flyball, showing etc etc.

    Wow, those pictures are fabulous!!

Am finding out more about Collies every day as I work with the daughter of a famous shepherd (is that what they're officially called?)

    Yes!

Are they officially shepherds? I wasn't sure if that was the correct term for a sheep-owners and BC worker!

:-D They are farmers rather than shepherds, and the Longtons (both Tim and Thomas) come from a very famous trialling family.

My boyfriend is a shepherd, as he is employed to tend sheep. Tim and Thomas own their own farms and farm cattle as well as sheep - so that makes them farmers.

    Hope that makes sense :)

Thomas is the guy in the first photo of Moss as a pup in this thread :) He is a great guy and has been a real help to me in training my dogs and learning to understand the working sheepdog :)
