My 3 year old female Pomeranian had never wagged her tail until this week. She seems happy enough and although not really friendly gets along with my other two dogs (except for bullying the older Westie). I thought maybe the breed were just not waggers as she carries her gorgeous waterfall-like tail over her back and seems very protective of it. I had mentioned her not wagging before to my son and on a visit to my house and he laughed as he pointed out the fact that she was wagging as he scratched her neck. Well, ever since then, I have been trying all areas of her body with absolutely no positive wag results. Could it be that she just wags for men?
