TAKING ON A 2 YEAR OLD MALE CANE CORSO A GOOD IDEA?? ps hi am new here :)

Hello people thank you for your time, I have had many off dogs in my time and they where big dog breeds all while i was growing up with in my family home. And members of my family still own dogs I basically grow up around them, so I do have first hand knowledge & experience on training already ect. But I now have my own place were I live and have plenty off room ect and I have seen a very beautiful male Cane Corso he is 2 years old and I have never met him yet he is desperate for rehome as owners work to much and can not dedicate enough time too him. I am confident I can do a great job with him help him to settle with me and get to know me and except me as his new owner. However am unsure as he is 2 years old and also he hasn't had much socialising with his owners due to there working life how he him self my take to rehoming and if there is any advice anyone could give me or anything I should be aware off???

    Thank you very much.
