LongCheng kennel was founded in 1994. As the most professional breeding Tibetan mastiff kennel in China, we have been enjoying the good reputation. All the Tibetan mastiffs in our kennel are from Tibet – Qinghai in South West China, the original location of the earliest Tibetan mastiffs. There are many puppies that are available in my kennel every year. We have sold many puppies to breeders all over the world. Only our kennel can offer you four generation export pedigree of FCI in China. You definitely could find a puppy that just fits you. You are most welcome to visit our website:
Hi, I have to be honest, and say your outfit sounds like a typical puppy farmer :/ What health tests do you carry out? How many puppies to you have a year? How many breeding bitches have you got? You should note this site is for ethical breeders only.
I believe this article show why so many China TM breeders as showing up in forums and the other Mastiff forums I belong to. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/18/w...-are-discarded-as-fad-ends-in-china.html?_r=0
Shar-Pei suffered a similar fate, not because they were no longer fashionable but due to the Communist Revolution of 1949, when their numbers were drastically reduced in China. When the first few Pei were smuggled into the USA in the mid 1970's they were considered to be the rarest breed in the world and became in high demand. But like all fads it didn't last and many Pei found themselves in rescues. I'm not sure about the States but in Europe there are several good TM breeders, so why would anyone want to go to all the trouble and expense of importing one from China?
Some want the China lines, there generally Huge versus the US and Euro lines. Most exported where not the prized pups, so a lot without doing research want them. Most do not look at the US and Euro lines have a very large amount of health testing and better selection. There going more for size and color and have next to no health testing. It's a pretty heavily debated issue, which without actual released facts, will continue to be.
