Can a pit bull cross be rehomed in the UK? Questions

To be honest I would hand it over to the warden as a stray, leave it to them to decide if it is a PB cross rather than telling them it is because you were told is was a PB cross by someone that may not know anyway. that way if the warden/rescue decide it is a pb and not to be rehomed it may be PTS which is better than being in a home that neglects it, if the warden/rescue thinks its maybe a sbt cross (which more often than not they are) it will be assessed and put up for rehoming if not claimed within a certain time.
