    different pastoral breeds do we have on Dogsey?

    I have :-

    German Shepherd (longcoat)
    Border Collie

    Just out of interest, my collie is ISDS registered, not KC registered, therefore should he really be classed as a Working Sheepdog and not a Border Collie?

    Wow, Abby is beautiful. Reminds me of a book I read years ago called "Jack" by Frank London. It was about a Gronendael BSD.

    She's fab!

    I read that book too. Real sad at the end though, when Jack's owner had to shoot him, when he got badly hurt. I read the book to my children as a bedtime story (over a period of time of course) and they cried. I had forgotten that Jack was a BSD, but I can remember the picture on the cover, and you're right, I think it was
