    Mixed Akita puppy

    Hello,
    In a month I will get my Akita puppy! I am very excited but curious as to how she will grow up. Her father is a Japanese Akita and her mother an American Akita. He looks more as the father but has a black face. Will this face when she grows older? Does anyone have any idea? Here are some photos !

    Welcome to the forum.
    No experience with Akitas, but would guess he will be somewhere between the two.

    My guess is that the black nose will remain but around the eyes the brown/tan will take over.
