What games do you play with your puppy? Questions

Hello all!

We've had our English Springer Spaniel puppy, Angus, for a month now. He's such a fun pup!

I am curious as to what kind of games you play or things you have on hand to keep their mind active? Particularly where he can keep himself occupied.

I work at home so we spend a lot of time together and I'm trying to keep it interesting for both of us...and I also wonder if I'm doing too much with him where he won't be as self-sufficient. The pressure of being a new mommy is real...haha

I recently hurt my knee so I can't run around or anything but we still manage to have a good time

He's currently obsessed with this little plastic pool I got him (and the water bowl) and will push it all over the yard. We play tug of war & hide & seek with his stuffed animals, and I also have a DIY obstacle course for him but he seems a little less interested in that this week.

What else might be fun?

Also...how do y'all deal with separation anxiety?
